Broadway Sushi Bar & Sake

There’s this new spot in Alameda called Broadway Sushi & Sake Bar, and I kept hearing people say it’s underrated.

So, I had to check it out. From the outside, you’d probably just walk past it, but once you step in, it’s super nice inside — cozy, welcoming, and beautiful decor.

The menu’s got a little bit of everything. If you’re picky, they’ve got bento boxes and simple à la carte stuff. If you’re on a budget but want good sushi, the lunch combos are solid. And if you’re like me and love sushi, the specialty rolls and nigiri are where it’s at.

The Bay Roll and the Double Sake Roll are both worth trying.

The staff was awesome, too. I never had to ask for a refill, and at the end, they brought out free banana tempura that my family crushed before I could get a picture lol.

The waitress even gave my little sister a Hello Kitty keychain, which was such a nice touch.

Broadway Sushi & Sake Bar feels like one of those gems you kinda don’t want everyone to know about, because once word gets out, it’s gonna be packed.
